Trane Company chooses Acme-Fab 4 Basket C-MAC to deliver improved effectiveness

The Trane Company engineers needed industrial cleaning equipment that would offer separate wash, rinse, rust inhibition and drying stages. Designed to process multiple types of internal compressor parts, the C-MAC system offered the solution. This solution would eliminate the need for solvent based vapor degreasers on critical parts. Trane and Acme-Fab engineers teamed to create the exact configuration needed for maximum efficiency.

Features of this industrial cleaning equipment include:

* System uses high-pressure sprays, immersion and turbulation in the bath

* C-MAC is PLC controlled, reading all faults

* Carrier RPM speed and stage process times are variable

* Available features include ultrasonics, filtration, automatic door and oil removal systems
